You always have the right to

• file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection

The personal data processed by Casino Cosmopol may be transferred to third countries, because Casino Cosmopol uses international providers of certain gaming services and services related to the games. It is necessary that the transfer has legal support in the GDPR and that an adequate level of protection is maintained.

Below is a list of the main purposes for which Casino Cosmopol processes your personal data, the legal basis for doing so, an explanation of whether you can object to the processing, and information about how long we save the data for each purpose.  The point at which personal data are no longer accessible for a particular purpose may be up to one month after the deadline specified below. Casino Cosmopol uses personal data processors that process your personal data on our behalf. In such cases, assistance agreements are written in which extensive requirements are imposed on the processor of the data in order to maintain technical and organisational security.

Casino Cosmopol may provide various types of digital websites as well as apps for mobile phones and tablets. For the sake of simplicity, in this text we will refer to all of these as “websites”.
